David-John Schamber, or David, or simply DJ, was born at Castle Medical Center on Oahu in March of ‘88. He is a graphic designer, motion designer, illustrator, photo and film enthusiast, and small-time entrepreneur. He likes long walks on the beach, sunsets, and unicorns. He is currently based out of San Francisco CA where he gathers inspiration from city life. He returns to Hawai’i regularly where he gathers inspiration from nature and the rich culture found in the islands. He has a bold, colorful, cartoony style, and loves to work on things that make him laugh. He has worked professionally as a designer in San Francisco for 13+ years and has experience in print, digital, animation, motion, video, presentation, and more.
